Car Return Instructions

24 hours prior, you will receive the car return instructions whatsapp notifications.

The return date, time & location as per your booking voucher is to be abide by the Customer. Customers are recommended to be 15 minutes prior the flight registration time to allow our agent to complete the return formalities.

Any changes to return date/time/location shall be requested to us by latest 24 hours the return time as per your booking voucher. Customers have to receive official approval from the reservation department if requested changes have been approved or not.  Supplement cost may be applicable.

Car drop off point at the airport is at Car Park C2 and where the vehicle shall be inspected.

Drivers need to make sure to return the car under same condition as delivered except normal wear & tear. Additional cost shall be applicable when returning vehicle that require extra valeting and or where it becomes impossible for the representative to check. Your insurance deposit shall be forfeited for any non reported incident/accident.

Released of pre authorized amount as the deposit is released by Visa between 7 to 14 days after the return of the vehicle.

The rental company may forfeit fully the pre authorized amount for damage reporting  on same day of departure.

The rental company shall not be held liable for any use of any debit or pre paid card for a pre authorization transaction. Bank charges shall be applicable to customers for any refund of deposit by customer debit / prepaid card.
