Car Pickup Instructions

Once you collect your luggage and after going through the custom check, walk through the Tour Operator lounge. Our representative shall wait for you with your name on a sign board  at the arrival hall before exiting the airport main building.

Your car delivery is at the airport car park where all the paper works are completed. You are recommended to check the vehicle before proceeding with payment. Any change to return date/time/location is to be communicated to the Reservation Department and changes have to be approved prior.

If you know you may miss the start of your hire, please contact the branch as soon as possible to let them know. If you can’t get through please call our support team. We can only hold a car for you for a limited amount of time, especially during busy periods and We cannot accept responsibility for delayed flights. If you are due to collect before 8 AM or after 17h but arrive after, then an out of hours fee will be added to your hire.

1. Your voucher
2. Your passport
3. Main driver’s license and for any additional driver
4. A credit card in the driver’s name

Drivers are informed to check the vehicle being delivered. We suggest drivers to make pictures or video of the car for record purposes. You may share us the taken pictures and video on our whatsapp number +2302570275
